A conservancy has been formed, and the constitution adopted in 2003.
Open to Balule Nature Reserve, effectively opening the conservancy area to the Greater Kruger National Park
An area next to the river is open for the benefit of all the owners, as are the access roads
Pronounced (roughly) “creaky”!
This is an upcoming area, offering a terrific investment opportunity. Land open to the Kruger National Park will always be in high demand and, coupled with ease of access to Phalaborwa, properties here currently offer real value for money.
